All Modes Tab The All Modes tab is designed to allow the easy review of all calculated modes under 300 Hz including tangential and oblique for the listed dimensions. Any axial modes generated from secondary dimensions will also be displayed here. |

Include on Mode Analysis Report: This checkbox designates whether this section will be included on the final Mode Analysis Report generated in the Report Manager. Include only first 56 modes on Mode Analysis Report: If checked, this checkbox limits the number of displayed modes that will be included on the final Mode Analysis Report generated in the Report Manager to 56. This is to restrict the length of the report to only the most pertinent modes on one page. Deselecting this checkbox will result in all modes under 300 Hz being printed on the final report. Freq(Hz): Displays the frequency of the calculated mode. p, q, r: These are the integral dimensions of the mode. Each integer represents the harmonic multiplier for each axis. p is the integer for length, q is for width, and r is for height. Type: This indicates the type of mode. axial modes are the result of "on-axis" reflections between parallel or nearly parallel surfaces. Obviously, this tab only displays axial modes. Wave: This section displays the wavelength of the mode and indicated the units used either feet or metric. Spacing: This section displays the fractional difference in wavelength between the listed mode and the preceding mode. Even spacing is a good thing. Coin: This section displays an "X" if the mode indicated is within 5% of the wavelength of the preceding mode. Each displayed "X" represents two coincident modes. |
